Shipping and returns
Parcel Shipment
As a general rule, packages are shipped between 20 and 25 days after receipt of payment, except for the United Kingdom, which will take 40 days via SEUR or another company with tracking number. Before making the delivery, the transportation company will contact you by email to let you know the approximate time of delivery.
Orders placed in August will be delivered the 1st week of September.
In the event that the Package does not fit in the elevator, the Carrier shall not be obliged to take it up to the dwelling, leaving it on the Ground Floor of the building.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected, however if you notice any bumps or damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing the carrier’s delivery note
Returns
Our paintings are made from sustainable materials and using completely non-toxic paints, guaranteeing their durability and non-toxicity, whilst respecting the environment. Our money-back guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
To do so, you must send it back, fully packed in the box and with the protective materials in which it arrived at your home, to our address at c/ Pau Claris 50 . 08100 Mollet del Vallés. Once delivered and we have verified that the painting is in perfect condition, we will REFUND you the full amount of the order, VAT INCLUDED. If you would like us to collect the painting from your home, we will deduct the cost of collection from the total amount, up to a maximum of 65,00€ per item.
All our products are covered by a 3-year statutory warranty from the date of delivery, covering any manufacturing defects or lack of conformity. To make a claim under the guarantee, you must notify us of the lack of conformity within two months of detecting it. The guarantee does not cover defects resulting from misuse, tampering, impact or improper maintenance.
In the case of Outlet Frames, as these are unique pieces, if they arrive broken at their destination, the model cannot be replaced, and you will be refunded the cost price of the item.
Returns and Damaged Goods
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took physical possession of the last of those goods.
IN THE EVENT OF A BROKEN FRAME DUE TO TRANSPORT, you have a maximum of 5 days to notify us via email so that we can make a claim against the transport company. Do not forget to take photographs of the box, label, inner packaging, broken painting, etc. NEVER THROW AWAY THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AS IT WILL BE NEEDED FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE PAINTING IN THE EVENT THAT IT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify OHORIGINAL BUSINESS SL, Pau Claris nº 50 Local. Postcode 08100, Mollet del Vallés (SPAIN) email: info@home-original.com, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email).
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of this right before the relevant deadline expires.
